Vice President of Membership:
Kyle DeLashmutt is a Sophomore Finance and Accountancy Major at ASU. He became involved with Democratic politics to create positive change in the community through sound policy. Last election, he interned for a congressional race and wants to continue campaign work in the future. His focus is on policy, with healthcare policy as his highest priority

As treasurer, she will oversee the funds of the organization and work to raise additional money for the club. She hopes to give members a chance to attend conferences and trainings as well as help put on exciting events. Cameron first got involved in the Arizona political world by volunteering for several campaigns. Most recently, in the 2018 cycle, she worked on the campaign for the Legislative District 18 candidates for the State Legislature (all of which were elected!). Cameron is excited to have the opportunity to serve on the board of the 2019 ASU Young Democrats!

She is originally from Tucson, Arizona and has advocated for anti-poverty and education reform both at the Arizona State Capitol and on Capitol Hill. She is fluent in Spanish and German and was a Youth Ambassador to Germany in high school. Growing up in a predominantly immigrant community and being the daughter of an immigrant, she is dedicated to working towards migrant justice and US border and customs reform. Having seen the effects of injustices on her own community, she has become passionate about social justice especially for women, migrants, and other underserved populations. As Director of Communications of the Young
Democrats she hopes to connect to the diverse community of ASU and help them become a part of the Democratic community.
